Peru Food In Peru
We have been in Peru for over a week now, and I thought it would be easy to blog while here, but it has turned out to be a bit harder than I expected. Nonetheless, as soon as I get a chance, I will write about some of the culinary adventures we've had so far. Happy eating!

I was really happy to find your blog using "Blog Hop" on www.foodblogblog.com/ As a big fan of la cocina peruana I loved your list of restaurants around the world featuring foods of Peru. In Sarasota, Florida where I spend some time there is a "new" Peruvian restaurant, Selva Grill, which is responsible for introducing many people to the rainforest, tropical flavors of Peru, as well as ceviche. Also, I would love to see you write a piece on pollos a la brasa and the introduction of fine grilled, marinated chicken to citis across the U.S. Please keep me posted!
